Shipping policy

Processing Times

We typically need 2–5 business days to process and prepare your order before it's handed off to our shipping partners. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 10 days. Once your order is in processing, we’re unable to make changes—including to shipping addresses—so please double-check your details before checkout.

We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that shipping times vary depending on your region. The estimates below do not include processing time.

Note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows. Factors like customs clearance, local holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays may impact shipping times.


Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to become active. If it’s been over 5 business days and there’s still no update, contact us at info@goldenlumen.com.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply once your package reaches your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs, return shipping and import charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact your local customs office for details before placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please file a claim with your local carrier. GoldenLumen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

We rely on official tracking timestamps when evaluating any damage or delivery issues.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once we begin processing, we can’t make changes. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
